Legal notice and privacy.
Who is behind this site, what data is collected, why, on what basis, and how to exercise your rights. Written to be read in full.
1. Site owner
This website, iterumcorp.org, and the Iterum Corporation project are owned by Diego de la Peña, domiciled in Spain, acting as a natural person while the company is being incorporated. “Iterum Corporation” is a trade name and a fictional identity of the studio; it is not, yet, a registered company.

Once the company is incorporated, this section will be updated with its legal name, tax ID, registered office and registry details.
2. Privacy policy
We collect the minimum: an email address and, if you wish, a name. No accounts, no profiles, no advertising.
2.1 Data controller

2.2 What data and what for
| Access request | Email address, company and, optionally, a name or alias. Purpose: to assess the request for the itch.io playtesting build, send the key and instructions if it is accepted, and notify you of relevant Singular news (Steam page, demo, release). No fixed schedule. |

| Attribution | If you send a form, we attach the campaign tags of the link you arrived through (utm_* and similar parameters), the referring site and the landing page. Purpose: knowing which channel works and giving your message context. It does not identify anyone on its own and is only sent if you submit the form. |
2.3 Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box and submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. For the contact form, also our legitimate interest in answering what you write to us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
2.4 Recipients and processors
Forms are processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which acts as data processor and stores submissions on our behalf. International transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in its data processing agreement. Hosting is provided by GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages). We do not sell, transfer or share your data with anyone else.
2.5 Retention
Access-request data is kept until you unsubscribe or until the project no longer has news to share. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and, at most, one year afterwards.
3. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to diego@iterumcorp.org from the address you registered (or otherwise proving your identity). We will reply within one month.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
4. Cookies and local storage
This site uses no cookies. It stores one value in your browser’s local storage (lang) to remember the language you chose, and for the duration of your visit one value in session storage (iterum.attr) holding the campaign tags of the link you arrived through; the latter is cleared when you close the tab and only leaves the browser if you submit a form. Both are technical, identify nobody, and you can delete them from your browser settings.
5. Intellectual property
Singular, Iterum Corporation, the emblem, the art, the texts and the game's code are the property of their owner. Press-kit materials may be used freely for editorial and news coverage, without altering the logos or the emblem. Content creators may monetise Singular videos without restriction.
The Gustave Doré engravings reproduced on the Purpose page are in the public domain; the inverted, cyan-toned versions are adaptations by the studio.
6. Liability and applicable law
Information about the game describes a project in development and may change without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only; we are not responsible for their content. This notice is governed by Spanish law.
